I'm Devanshu Koli, a Node.js Developer specializing in building secure, scalable, and production-ready backend systems.

Currently, I work at Shine Infosoft, where I own the backend development for a client-facing corporate admin dashboard. My primary focus there has been on security and reliability. I recently led a initiative to remediate security vulnerabilities, specifically refactoring legacy MSSQL queries into parameterized queries to eliminate SQL injection risks.

I also enforced JWT authentication with role-based access control and built reusable Express middleware for global rate limiting and centralized error handling. Additionally, I've handled complex integrations, including Zoho Billing and multiple payment gateways, ensuring secure server-side transaction handling.

Prior to this, during my time at 100Devs and Hyperlink Infosystem, I honed my skills in API architecture and database optimization. I designed RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express and successfully reduced API response times by approximately 40% through optimized MySQL queries and indexing strategies.

While I have experience with frontend technologies like React and Vue, my core strength lies in the Node.js ecosystem—designing modular service architectures, ensuring data integrity across both SQL and NoSQL databases, and writing testable code using tools like Playwright. I'm passionate about solving critical backend challenges, from debugging security vulnerabilities to shipping high-performance APIs under tight deadlines.
