• Oversee day-to-day data center NOC operations covering network, servers, storage and infrastructure; investigate alarms and coordinate service restoration.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for incident resolution, SLA follow-up and operational continuity in a defence project environment.
• Work on FortiGate firewalls and FortiManager for centralized policy and device management.
• Work with Fortinet NAC for network access control and device access management across the network.
